Procurement and Logistics
- **POSITION TYPE**: Full-Time Position Available
- **SALARY**: $42,564 - $60,000 per annum
- **POSITION LOCATION**:Notre Dame Campus (Winnipeg, MB)
- **DUTIES**
The Storekeeper is responsible for managing all aspects of inventory control, including monitoring stock levels, processing order requests, performing regular cycle counts, and ensuring accurate reporting. This role supports efficient daily distribution by maintaining optimal inventory through effective stock rotation and organized storage. The Storekeeper also collaborates with purchasing and operations teams to forecast demand and reduce excess or obsolete stock.
- **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**
- Certificate in supply chain management or business administration
- Several years related work experience in a warehouse setting
- Database management skills and working knowledge of computerized inventory systems
- Experience with maintaining inventory locations including stock rotation, cycle count process and other inventory management functions
- Experience supporting inventory location set-up and maintenance
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficient with MS Office suite, including Outlook, Word and Excel
- Ability to analyze and solve problems
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality record keeping and reporting
- Experience building a respectful workplace culture that promotes diversity, learning and continuous improvement

**ASSET QUALIFICATIONS**
- Knowledge of Safety Data Sheets (SDS),
- Knowledge of Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS)
- Ability to operate a forklift, hand truck or other equipment to move equipment and supplies

**CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT**
- Applicants must be legally entitled to work in Canada
- This position may be required to work evenings and/or weekends
- This position may be required to work overtime
- May be required to work at various RRC Polytech campuses
- Incumbent must be physically capable of performing the duties and responsibilities of the position. A medical certificate from a certified physician may be required
- RRC Polytech campuses are located on the lands of the Anishinaabeg, Ininiwak, Anishininwak, Dakota Oyate, and Denésuline, and the National Homeland of the Red River Métis.
