THE OPPORTUNITY

This position is a full-time position.

Hours of work are 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Opening files and preparing documents related to property transactions
- Perform various clerical duties, such as data entry, typing and filing
- Coordinate and track deliveries of documents
- Ability to work within a fast-paced team, meeting tight deadlines
- Provide administrative assistance to other Legal Assistants in the firm and communicate regarding coordination of requests
- Others duties as assigned

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
