**Miller Thomson is looking for a Application Delivery Lead to join our growing Solutions team in any of our offices**
**Key Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Lead Application Specialists in day to day operations including maintaining visibility on workload & capacity, provides guidance on role requirements, ensuring work is tasked appropriately & responses are timely, supporting Team members in response to escalated requests
- Participates in annual planning cycles, recommending operating & capital expenditures as needed
- Recruits and mentors Applications Team members

**What you'll bring**:

- University/College graduate from an IT related program
- 5+ years Application Support experience in a legal or professional services environment
- IT related post graduate certifications
- 3 or more years experience in senior IT technical roles in a legal or professional services environment
- Supervisory/mentoring experience
- 5+ years experience working with MS SQL databases and scripting
- Familiarity with Enterprise Applications and Cloud computing concepts
- 2+ years experience with any or combination of O365, Active Directory or other cloud based systems
- Understanding of the O365 Suite and environment with a focus on MS Teams
- Excellent analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
- 5+ years experience in delivering technology projects
- Supervisory/mentoring/training skills
- Comprehensive organizations, attention to and ownership of task deadlines and expected results
- Ability to work autonomously and to supervise the work of others.
