**Strategic Sourcing Specialist**

To facilitate our client’s success, TGT is looking for a self-motivated, business-minded, growth-oriented professional to join our team as a Strategic Sourcing Specialist.

**About you**

As our Strategic Sourcing Specialist, you will have extensive knowledge and experience in creating and managing strategic sourcing relationships. You are excited to communicate a shared vision on value creation and you work with sourcing partners to bring value to the situation. You a careful and methodical and you understand the value of your work within a large and busy strategic sourcing team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Responsible for vendor management:

- Cultivating relationships from short term to long term engagements
- Manage communication flows between vendors and internal stakeholders
- Address vendor issues relative to processes and performance
- Collaborate with purchasing department to meet regulations and compliance metrics
- Vet vendors to be in alignment with regulatory government and finance
- Ensure KPI alignment with contractual requirements
- Develop and execute accurate supplier documentation including contractual obligations with amendments.
- Lead sourcing initiatives based on decisions from internal clients
- Communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders
- Develop long and short-term strategic execution plans
- Define, analyze and mitigate risk strategies
- Foster a collaborative environment with all branches of stakeholders
- Deliver fiscal targets and budgets within defined objectives and timelines

**Mandatory attributes**
- Related University degree or College diploma and/or combination of education and experience in Strategic sourcing
- Five or more years of hands-on experience in sourcing leadership
- Demonstrated leadership in strategic planning and execution based on sourcing requirements/practices (preferably in financial services)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High degree of ethical, accountable business ethics maximizing client values

**Employment Type**: Contract

**Location**: Remote

**Salary**: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Strategic Sourcing: 5 years (preferred)
