**We're Growing Account Manager - Neepawa, MB**

AgWest is excited to announce an **additional opening** for a **dynamic and results-driven Account Manager** to join our expanding team in **Neepawa, Manitoba**. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a passionate individual who’s ready to build strong relationships with producers and drive success in the agricultural sector.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed targets.
- Identify and connect with potential customers, including farmers, cooperatives, and ag retailers.
- Conduct equipment presentations and demonstrate value-added solutions tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with internal departments to deliver seamless service and support.
- Provide exceptional after-sales assistance and product training to maintain long-term partnerships.
- Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity to uncover new opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records, sales forecasts, and reporting as required.

**What You Bring**:

- A background in Agriculture, Business, or a related field (education or experience).
- Previous experience in agricultural equipment sales or a similar role.
- Solid understanding of farming operations and ag machinery.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivation, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within your territory.
