Flooring Helper

**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**:

- Measure and cut flooring materials to fit specific areas
- Install flooring materials such as hardwood (glue down and nail installations) and laminate.
- Prepare subfloors by removing old flooring, leveling, and cleaning
- Follow direction well and attention to detail an asset.

**Skills**
- Willingness to learn a variety of new skills
- Able to get yourself to various job locations around greater Victoria OR to Royal Oak Exchange by 7:30am Monday-Friday
- Physically able to lift above 50lbs, work heavy machines and stand for long periods of time.
- Experience in carpentry and building construction an asset but not required.

Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
