**Job Description: Program Manager**
The Program Manager at Believe Support Services oversees the management of four group homes and a day program for individuals with diverse abilities. This role demands a thorough understanding of Quality Assurance Measures (QAM) and the Child, Youth, and Family Services Act (CYFSA) to ensure compliance, high-quality care, and the smooth functioning of all programs. The Program Manager is responsible for achieving specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that focus on quality service delivery, compliance, team development, and stakeholder satisfaction. As a strategic project-management professional, the Program Manager coordinates various projects, products, and other strategic initiatives across the organization.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
**1. Program Operations**
- Direct, maintain, and monitor all programming and administrative functions for the group homes and day program.
- Ensure service delivery consistency to maintain and improve quality.
**2. Service Quality and Compliance**
- Oversee daily service delivery to position Believe Support Services as a preferred care provider.
- Implement and maintain processes, policies, and practices that ensure compliance.
**3. Operational Management**
- Evaluate and resolve operational issues efficiently and effectively.
- Develop and revise yearly service plans for supported individuals.
**4. Contract Management**
- Liaise with contracting agencies to ensure service quality and contract compliance.
**5. On-Call Duties**
- Participate in the on-call rotation and respond to emergencies as needed.
**6. People Management and Team Leadership**
- Supervise and lead the team to foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Mentor and coach the team to support their professional growth and ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Manage team performance through regular evaluations and feedback.
- Promote staff retention and satisfaction through effective people management strategies.
**7. Stakeholder Relationships**
- Build and maintain positive relationships with staff, clients, families, and external stakeholders.
**8. Leadership and Participation**
- Participate in recruitment, health and safety, and HR initiatives to support program goals.
Work Hours: 40 hours per week, with additional on-call responsibilities on a rotational basis.
**Annual Salary**: $75K-$85K
**Education**: A bachelor's degree or college diploma in business administration, health administration, social services, or a related administrative field is t required.
**Experience**: Several years of professional experience in business administration, finance, or administrative services are often required. Experience in social services, especially working with individuals with complex needs, can be particularly valuable.
The Program Manager will be evaluated based on the ensuring the delivery of high-quality care, operational efficiency, compliance, effective team leadership, and overall program compliance and success.
Pay: $75,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
