**About your next Challenge as a Lead, IM/IT Implementation Project Management**:
Being part of the software engineering team and working in close collaboration with the Business Development (BD) and the Information Technology (IT) team, you will participate in the visioning, planning the deployment and operations of IM/IT enterprise systems supporting the company and his clients. The Information Management/Information Technology (IMIT) Project Management specialist is responsible to:
**What You Will Do**:

- Analyzing and understanding clients IM/IT requirements;
- Working with clients and stakeholders to draft target state of IM/IT solutions from the Project Management perspective;
- Defining project scope;
- Staying on schedule;
- Planning a project’s cost and sticking to a budget;
- Assigning project resources (including teams and workers);
- Documenting the progress of the project;
- Communicating with stakeholders;
- Assessing risks;
- Troubleshooting;
- Leading quality assurance;
- Creating executive-level presentations;
- Planning and coordinating the deployment of IM/IT solutions, including business change management activities;
- Facilitating conversations with key business system owners and IT with mínimal oversight;
- Analyzing, recommending, implementing plans for improvement and optimization of performance, reliability and availability of IM/IT systems and interfaces;
- Ensuring change management consideration are dealt with: processes, training and deployment.
