Our winter work consists of kitchen cabinet painting. Careful hands-on work results in 1-2 day kitchen transformations. Work hours are 8-4:30 Monday to Friday.

You will work closely with the Franchise Partner and the sales representative to schedule work for all of our staff.
***Full-time positions available starting immediately

**Salary**: $22-30 per hour
**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Ensure jobs get completed on time and on budget
- Execute on the Spray-Net standards with your team
- Lead and manage a team of up to 6 people
- Manage customer expectations and deliver on our promise
- Schedule jobs and team
- Supervise, support and train crew
- Manage production deadlines
- Ensure job site and trucks look professional
- Learn the Spray-Net way
- Ensure inventory is replenished as needed
- Manage final payment
- Get hands dirty with the team

**QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS**
- 5+ years in renovations, painting experience is an asset
- Valid driver’s license and clear abstract
- Complete our online and on-site training program
- Strong attention to detail
- Independent & self-motivated
- Organized
- Conflict management skills
- Strong leadership skills to manage a team
- Strong time management & communication skills
- Flexible working hours
- Ability to work at heights
- Ability to lift and move ladders
