**General Labor
- Production Workers & Helpers**

The Production Worker position offers support and takes the lead in the day-to-day production and packaging of agricultural parts. We are looking for individuals who are team-driven and capable of working in a fast-paced production environment.
- Assembly line type of work specifically for Steel, stainless, and Aluminum material
- Working with your hands, lifting, and moving large pieces of metal, and standing for hours at a time, requiring physical strength and stamina
- Use of precision measurement instruments
- Operate machinery in a safe and efficient manner
- Follow all Health & Safety policies, procedures, and regulations
- Strong ability to work well with a diverse group of individuals.
- The ability to lift to 50 lbs. continuously when required.
- The ability to work unsupervised in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- The ability to read/interpret drawings/breakdowns.
- Understanding the importance of producing quality products
