We are a casual labour construction services provider operating in the lower mainland of BC for 20 years We are a safety oriented company with a focus on long term placements for skilled construction workers of various backgrounds and are accepting applicants on an on-going basis for a variety of sites in the Lower Mainland of BC.

We have a number of large clients and currently have sites in most municipalities, including:

- Vancouver
- Burnaby
- Coquiltlam, Poco, Tri-cities, Maple Ridge, Mission
- Abbotsford & Langley
- Surrey, Delta
- Ladner
- North Vancouver, West Vancouver
- New Westminster

And many other areas

Positions we are looking for include:

- Deficiency Detailers / Carpenters
- Site Carpenters (Framers, formers, finishers)
- Skilled Labourers
- Painters
- Drywallers
- Hoist / Elevator Operators
- First Aid Attendants / Labourers
- Construction Cleaners
- General Labourers

Tickets that are very useful we're always looking for:

- Occupational First Aid Basic, Intermediate & Advanced. (Formerly Level 1, 2 and 3)
- Fall Protection Training
- WHMIS
- CSTS
- Scissor Lift / Man lift
- Hoist & Inside Elevator

Health & Entry Requirements:
At least 2 years experience working on construction sites. Commercial or residential, high rise / low rise or town homes & custom homes
- Capable of lifting 30 lbs. or more repeatedly
- Possess all necessary construction PPE (hard hat, high visibility vest, steel toe work boots)
- English skills sufficient to read and understand safety meetings, verbal
- instructions, warning labels/signs etc.
- Able to perform manual labour for several hours at a time
- Minimum 18 years old
- Possess a valid Canadian Social Insurance numberGeneral Responsibilities:

- Follow work site/ WSBC safety rules
- Follow instructions from Foreman & Superintendents
- Complete all assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner
- Ask questions when unsure
