Light Duty Commercial Cleaner Evening Part Time Van

**Job Description**Light Duty Cleaner Position available in Guelph. Evening Light Duty cleaning for 3 nights per week, Tues, Wed., and Friday. 3-4 hours per night to start. Drivers license required. Start time varies depending on the schedule so some flexibility is required but usually between 3:00 and 5:00pm.
You will leave our Guelph office with a partner, in a company vehicle and do a scheduled route.
Rate of pay is $16.50 to start (with a drivers license) increasing to $17.00 after 3 months. Only serious applicants need apply.

- General dusting, vacuuming, mopping
- Cleaning of washrooms, refilling dispensers
- Emptying garbage and recycling
- Wet cleaning horizontal surfaces
- Spot Cleaning of walls and glass
- Sanitizing touchpoints
- Additional tasks as requested
- Establish positive rapport with clients when possible
- Provide an exceptional level of service that exceeds the expectation of the client
- Conduct all work in accordance with company safety and other workplace policies
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Communicate in English both written and verbally
- Strong attention to detail
- Be physically capable of lifting, bending, and performing repetitive tasks
- Flexible, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a variety of settings
- Works well independently and in a team environment
- Be able to work consistent weekend shifts
- A vehicle to commute to work locations
- Have a criminal record check
- Previous cleaning experience in a commercial setting is beneficial
**WORKING CONDITIONS**There is a low risk of exposure to adverse working conditions. However, at this time with the COVID 19 Pandemic extra cleaning precautions are taken and required.
