Located on Victoria’s beautiful inner harbour inside the luxury Hotel Grand Pacific, Fathom Restaurant is one of Victoria’s most stunning restaurants and an exceptional dining experience. We offer a unique menu that uses local ingredients inspired by the rugged west coast.

We’re looking for a Second Cook to join our close-knit Kitchen team and prepare high quality products. Shift times will be 2:30pm-11pm. **Weekend availability is a must,**and availability will be an asset when the business needs it.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- At least 4 years of recent line cook experience in an upscale establishment
- Food Safe certificate (or equivalent)
- Creative, with a passion for growing in the field
- Proven knife skills
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Proven ability to follow instructions and implement feedback
- Outstanding team player who can work efficiently
- Initiative to keep up to date with recipes, portions and presentation specs
- Accountable with a high level of integrity and professionalism
- Post-secondary education in Culinary Arts an asset.

**Pay rate**: $ 26.59 per hour
