We seek detail-oriented individuals who excel at independent work and pay attention to detail. Our clients represent some of the industry’smost esteemed brands such as Studio (Movies), Timex, Château, Nespresso, Voortman, BIC, Danone, Lego, and Smuckers, (to name a few) all present in a Walmart near you along with other retail locations. **What do we offer?** - Competitive Hourly Rates (negotiable based on territory and experience). - $1 In-Store Hour Compliance Bonus(paid out quarterly). - Flexible Scheduling - Paid Mileage and paid travel time - Growth Opportunities - Referral Bonus Program "/> **RESPONSIBILITIES** **Wage: $17.50 hr** **RESPONSIBILITIES** - Ensure accurate placement of products on shelves. - Regularly update prices based on inventory and market conditions to meet customer needs. - Set up and install promotional materials. - Ensure shelves remain organized and tidy. - Implement planogram changes to optimize product placement. - Prevent stock-outs by monitoring inventory levels. - Identify opportunities during store visits to enhance our sales area. - Assist in introducing new products and educating consumers about our clients’ latest innovations. - Foster and maintain positive relationships with store employees and managers. - Create detailed reports and document in-store actions. **QUALIFICATIONS** **QUALIFICATIONS** - Available to work from Monday to Friday. - Availability to work morning and daytime hours. - Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle. - Merchandising experience (desirable) - Physical Capability must be able to lift 30 lbs. - Computer literacy with access to a mobile device and the internet - Attention to detail, understanding, and executing planograms accurately. - Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and attention to deadlines - Energetic, motivated, and enthusiastic. - Flexibility and adaptability - Excellent communication skills **ABOUT US** Acosta and Mosaic are the sales and marketing powerhouses behind the most recognized and proven brands with top retailers in the United States and Canada.
