Part-time Retail Sales Associate

**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
- Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions with precision and care.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and product information to effectively sell to customers.
- Ensure the sales floor is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive work environment.
- Assist in inventory management by restocking shelves and conducting regular inventory checks.
**Skills**
- Talking conformably and confidently with customers and guests is a must skill for the job
- Must confidently initiate conversations with passersby to engage and introduce products
- Proficient in English; bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus.
- some cash handling experience with attention to detail in transactions.
- Excellent sales skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Demonstrated phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone.
- Experience in cashiering and operating POS systems is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced retail environment while maintaining professionalism.
