Our business model offers our customers the advantages of home or cottage ownership without the expense of purchasing the land. This fills a gap in the real estate market between rental and freehold.
Being fully-owned by BCI, one of Canada’s leading asset managers, and working closely with QuadReal, we are stable and well-capitalized. Our current portfolio consists of almost 100 communities throughout Canada. We have a mandate for sizable growth within the coming years.
We boast a culture of collaboration and community, and we put our people first.
