We are seeking a **Life Insurance** **/ Investment** **Marketing Assistant** to join our team and report directly to **our Thornhill, ON**client**.** This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a tenured practice while gaining valuable experience in business administration, marketing, client service, and executive-level support.

**Compensation**:
$30.00-$35.00 per hour (Based on level of experience)

**Your responsibilities will include**:
**Client Relationships & Service Excellence**:

- Being the face of our office by welcoming clients, sometimes in-person, but mostly online and over the phone with warmth and professionalism.
- Building meaningful connections by resolving client inquiries swiftly and ensuring every interaction reinforces our trusted reputation.

**Business Administration & Operations**:

- Acting as liaison between the Head Office, various insurance companies and Managing General Agencies and/or colleagues, while working in collaboration with our **Thornhill, ON**client and their clients to ensure seamless communication and efficient business processing.
- Ensuring compliant and in-good-order documentation of all transactions.
- Managing insurance and investment account set up, trade processing and their follow-up, with precision.

**Marketing & Business Development**:

- This role is heavily reliant on your ability to recognize new business opportunities within our client’s book of business and helping the Advisor market those opportunities.
- You will bring your creativity to life by assisting with occasional marketing campaigns, business development strategies, and client presentations.

**Required Skills, Experience & Attributes**:

- Post-secondary degree, Life and Accident and Sickness insurance license preferred.
- Intermediate / advanced level proficiency with technology, Microsoft Office 365, and insurance-related software programs and websites.
- Must be a self-starter, able to work independently, someone who takes initial instructions well and puts them into action.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a strong attention to detail and a client-first mindset.
- Excellent and personable verbal and written communication skills.
