- Team Leader As the **Sales Support Agent**, you will be responsible for providing assistance to the Individual Sales Teams and delivering the highest level of customer service to new and existing clients. You will play a critical role in building and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders and our valued members. Other duties will include analyzing, researching, and taking initiative to handle and resolve inquiries in a proactive and client focused manner.

**Responsibilities**
- Support the day to day administrative activities of the Individual Sales team, including credit card payments and follow-up processes to complete sales of new and existing client policies.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers by handling their inquiries in an efficient and positive manner.
- Create and maintain reports to measure sales activities; distribute sales leads as necessary and assign follow up tasks.
- Perform outbound follow-up calls to prospects to maximize sales potential.
- Provide back up support to others on the team as necessary.
- Process all departmental incoming mail and fulfill outgoing mail requests.
- Work with external partners to gather required information in support of various lines of business.
- Represent the Individual Sales team in projects, including user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Support the Individual Sales teams through evolving business needs.

**Qualifications**
- Bilingualism (French/ English) is required.
- 2-3 years' of relevant work experience in business and/ or office administration.
- Completion of LLQP and/ or previous experience working in the insurance industry is considered an asset.
- A high level of attention to detail.
- Strong customer service focus.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize effectively.
- Abillity to multi-task effectively; demonstrate agility in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective time management skills.
