The Nanny Company is seeking a kind, reliable, and experienced Nanny to support a wonderful Winnipeg family in a **part-time after-school role**. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a home where parents are actively involved and values are shared. The position is **immediate start**, initial commitment of 6 months, with the opportunity to extend.

We are especially prioritizing a family seeking **afternoon/evening support for two energetic boys** as family walks through a medical journey. This is a chance to provide stability, joy, and consistency to a family in need.

You’ll work alongside collaborative, caring parents who value their nanny as part of the team. The right fit is someone who can bring warmth, structure, and confidence, while creating meaningful routines, fun activities & outings, and reliable support.

Wage for this position start at $18.00/hour and increase based on experience and relevant education.

**About the Role**:
**Family 1 - IMMEDIATE START**:

- Monday-Friday, 4pm-8:30pm (starting ASAP; earlier 2pm start would be a bonus). Flexible on schedule/days for the right fit.
- Two energetic boys, ages 6 & 4, with a friendly family dog
- Family is walking through a medical treatment journey and seeking a nanny who can provide consistency, stability, and joy in the afternoons. This role will be a mix of childcare and light household support (like snacks, dinner prep, outings, bedtime routine, next-day prep). High energy, playful, and patient nannies encouraged to apply
- **We have other open opportunities**:_
**Family 2 - IMMEDIATE START**:

- 6-month-old infant with food allergies.
- Seeking 16-20 hrs/week, ideally Tue-Thurs daytime.
- Role includes sterilizing bottles, preparing formula, supporting naps, and light errands/meal prep. Tag teaming with Mom during the shift, so must be comfortable with parents present.
- Must be confident with infants. Inclusive, progressive values and up-to-date on immunizations preferred.

**Family 3 - Part-Time**:

- Weekday daytime care of Tue/Thur/Fri 8am-4pm for a 5-month-old.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- At least 2 years of childcare (infant to preteen) experience
- CPR/First Aid certified
- Clear Criminal Record and Child Abuse Registry Checks
- Own a vehicle and a driver's license is a MUST.
- Have at least 2 full weekday days available.
- Someone responsible, proactive, and genuinely passionate about working with children
- Must be confident with pets and outdoor play
