We have a client at **Erin Mills and Eglinton Ave West**

Required for : Three times a week.

Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 8 am -12 pm.

**Job Duties/Responsibilities**:

- Assistance with PM care, personal care and hygiene
- Assistance with feeding
- Provide companionship
- Provide companionship to clients
- Ability to follow care-plan
- Documentation/Charting

**Qualifications/Requirements**:

- Personal Support Worker Certificate or equivalent (eg. foreign trained nurse, nursing student).
- Current CPR/First Aid training required.
- Current Police Record Check or Vulnerable Sector Screen or be willing to obtain one. Required.
- Fully Vaccinated against Covid
- Negative TB skin test or chest x-ray
- Access to internet/mobile phone

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $19.00 per hour
