**Uxbridge Ford **is currently seeking a motivated customer service professional to join their team as a professional **Sales Consultant**

The primary duties will be to guide and assist customers with their vehicle purchases while building relationships.

**Primary Responsibilities (but not limited to)**:

- Selling and leasing new vehicles under OMVIC rules and regulations.
- Providing an exceptional and transparent experience for our in-person, phone and online customers.
- Building relationships with customers to establish a repeat customer client base.
- Effective and prompt handling of internet leads through strong, clear and consistent communication.
- Assisting and educating customers on the features and benefits of Ford vehicles
- Providing customer quotes and assisting them through consistent communication through the sales process.
- Keep customers updated by phone as to the progress of their vehicle’s delivery and pick-up.
- Assists customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
- Provides customers with complete explanation of manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies.
- Prepare sold vehicles for customer delivery prior to customer arrival.
- Deliver vehicle to customers, ensuring that the customer understands the vehicle’s operating features, warranty, and paperwork.
- Other duties as assigned by management.

**Preferred and Required Skills/Experience**:

- Prior experience in customer service; retail and hospitality experience preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft products.
- Prior OMVIC License an asset, but not required (will be required prior to starting though).
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driver’s abstract.
- Independent and motivated self-starter.
- Problem solving skills to resolve customer issues.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure with simultaneous deadlines.
- Demonstrated willingness to learn and succeed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
