**The Opportunity**

We’re looking for a passionate, forward-thinking **Speech-Language Pathologist** who is excited to make a real impact. Whether you’re looking for **full-time, part-time, or independent contractor** opportunities, we’re ready to build a role that works for you

**Compensation**: $80-$100/hour (commensurate with experience and qualifications)
**Service Areas**: Hamilton, Brantford, Niagara (Centre-based and in-home services)

**What You’ll Do**

Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans

Deliver engaging 1:1 or small group sessions in home, community, or Centre-based settings

Monitor progress and adapt therapy goals as needed

Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and cross-disciplinary teams

Provide caregiver coaching to help skills generalize at home

Maintain thorough clinical documentation and contribute to team planning

Participate in team meetings and professional learning opportunities

**What You Bring**

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

CASLPO registration (required)

Experience with autism and/or neurodiverse populations is an asset

Excellent communication, organization, and clinical reasoning skills

Comfortable working in a flexible, client-focused environment

Commitment to evidence-based, ethical practice
