Qualifications:

- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with artists, piercers, and clients.
- Proven ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
- Experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Meta, Google, Google Ads) for advertising and booking.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and One Drive.
- Experience with online booking apps and POS systems.
- Inventory management skills.
- Bonus points if you have tattoos and/or piercings—your personal experience will help us serve our clients better

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet clients warmly and manage phone calls and messages.
- Handle deposits and manage the cash drawer.
- Track and stock inventory (tattoo needles, inks, general supplies).
- Manage jewelry stock and suggest new items.
- Understand and enforce shop policies.
- Create and post engaging content on social media.
- Manage appointments and services in the Square POS system.
- Keep the workspace clean and participate in shop-wide cleaning efforts.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $17.00-$18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 18 - 24 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
