**Summary**

The Pfaff Leasing Dealer Relations Associate I is responsible for ensuring sales, lease and loan targets are met, contributing to company’s growth and profitability by meeting the financial needs of regional markets, and responsible for both new business development and portfolio/relationship management.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop, grow, and maintain client relationships with dealer partners through on-site visits and regular communication with a focus on improving customer satisfaction and ease of doing business.
- Plan and organize sales visits to assigned dealer partners on established timelines.
- Participate in development of offerings and programs and communicate them with dealers.
- Analyze competitor offerings & programs to develop focus areas and opportunities for all dealers.
- Train dealers on proper documentation for funding, company policies and procedures and share best-practices.
- Works closely with dealers to promote the sales and implementation of financial products.
- Participates in ongoing relationship performance reviews with all clients.
- Analyze active lease & loan file performance and recommend solutions to enhance results.
- Maintain established benchmarks for originations and lease/loan performance including portfolio analysis & lease maturities.
- Consistently partner with other internal business partners to uncover opportunities to enhance dealer relationships.
- Resolves unusual or non-routine inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintains complete knowledge of and complies with company and departmental policies, procedures and standards
- Other duties as assigned

**Skills and Qualifications**
- 2 years experience in retail/consumer lending strongly preferred.
- Experience in sales preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Sense of urgency
- Excellent communication
- PC skills including knowledge and use of MS Office (Excel, Word, Windows, etc.)
- A valid Driver’s License and clean driver’s abstract is required for this role
