Responsibilities:

- Perform various tasks related to construction and maintenance projects
- Use hand tools and power tools to complete assigned tasks
- Install flooring, including carpet, tile, and hardwood
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings
- Repair and install drywall, including patching holes and finishing surfaces
- Lay tiles for walls, floors, and other surfaces
- Perform construction painting, including priming, painting, and touch-ups
- Assist with plumbing tasks as needed

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a technician or in a similar role
- Proficient in using carpentry tools and equipment
- Knowledge of flooring installation techniques and materials
- Ability to read and understand schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings
- Experience in drywall repair and installation
- Skilled in tile laying for various surfaces
- Knowledge of construction painting techniques
- Basic plumbing skills are a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $22.00-$27.00 per hour
