CR Care and Consulting are looking for Community Support Workers to join our team for full time, part time and casual workers. Our staff operated foster home program in Campbell River is operated by experienced owners/management within the children’s residential treatment industry.

We are looking for a full-time, part time and casual staff to join our team. Must be able and willing to work every other weekend for full time lines. Residential Care Workers ensure the physical and psychological well-being of children and youth with emotional, behavioural, mental health and/or developmental needs. RCWs manages the day to day activities of the home including accompanying the children and youth to activities and appointments, grocery shopping, teaching life skills, meal preparation and cleanup, completing daily logs and other reports as required.

**EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Clear Criminal Record and Child Welfare check through CRRP and MCFD
- International clearance if you have resided outside of Canada since turning 18 years old
- Education in human/social services or an acceptable combination of education and experience with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or behavioral support needs.
- Valid First Aid and CPR certification (to be obtained within the first 90 days)
- Food Safe level 1 Certification (to be obtained within the first 90 days)
- Clear Health Certificate and T.B test, Proof of COVID Vaccination (To be obtained within the first 90 days)
- Valid Driver’s license.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual
Part-time hours: 8-40 per week

**Salary**: $21.40-$24.40 per hour
