Western Integrated engineers, builds, installs and commissions electrical systems including machine control systems, PLC, HMI, safety, and networking solutions designed for a wide range of industries including Forestry, Mining, Manufacturing, Materials Handling, Machine Safeguarding. We partner with our clients to solve their most pressing challenges including: speed to market, product quality, optimized production, maximizing investment and uptime.

We are looking for an experienced **Technical Automation & Drives Sales Representative** to join our team of professionals

**What you will be doing**:

- Build positive relationships with customers and suppliers.
- Generate accurate quotations, sales orders, and returns that align with organizational sales targets.
- Work closely with Outside Sales to provide excellent customer service, prevent potential issues, and monitor ongoing projects.
- Coordinate the project execution with project management
- Handle project change orders
- Perform site survey or evaluation to refine the estimates

**What we need from you**:

- Electrical, Automation and VFD product knowledge
- Intermediate computer skills with proficiency in MS Office & the ability to learn new software programs
- Basic mathematical skills
- Project coordination experience
- Ability to be inclusive, collaborative, and respectful
- Electrical/Electronic Technician/Technologist, or equivalent work experience. Eligible for membership in ASTTBC.
- Industrial electrical systems design/installations knowledge.
- 3+ years of business experience, 3+ years of experience in strategic marketing and automation solutions sales.
