Saskatoon, Canada Possibilities Recovery Center Full time

The Addiction Counsellor reports directly to the Clinical Lead. Their responsibilities include facilitating group, providing case management, and conducting Recovery Plan interviews with clients.

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Facilitate groups as scheduled by clinical manager
- Maintain safe and secure group environment and workspace
- Provide case management services to clients as required
- Prepare program material for group clients
- Prepare for engaging, interactive, and meaningful group facilitation
- Enter group clients into CRMS prior to each scheduled group and then mark as present or absent
- Document all group sessions in accordance with policy
- Provide therapeutic and trauma informed delivery of material/services in group or individual settings
- Ensure all work spaces, including common areas, are clean and tidy, including outdoor areas
- Provide individual services for group clients as required
- Intakes as scheduled
- MRPs as scheduled
- Follow and maintain schedule as required in CRMS
- Provide timely and accurate communication to team regarding clients and program
- Offsite public education, service delivery and intakes as directed by CM
- Ongoing education/training as required
- Provide support and guidance to workers as needed

**Qualifications**:

- 2 year diploma in Addiction Counselling or Mental Health and Wellness
- Registration in good standing with the CACCF (or working towards)

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
