This is **not an entry-level position**. This role is for someone who has been on-site, knows the basics of taping and mudding, and is ready to build their skills on a professional crew.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with all aspects of drywall finishing, including taping, mudding, and sanding.
- Install and finish corner beads and trim.
- Sand surfaces using hand and pole sanders to a paint-ready finish.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Handle and move drywall materials, tools, and equipment.

**Required Qualifications & Experience**:

- **Minimum 6 months of on-site experience in drywall finishing.**:

- Familiarity with drywall tools (knives, pans, sanding equipment).
- Physical ability to perform demanding work, including lifting heavy materials, bending, and standing for long periods.
- Strong work ethic and reliability. You must be on time, every day.
