The Opportunity
We are looking for a Junior Financial Analyst to join the InterRent Finance team in Ottawa.
This unique role requires an energetic, confident individual who takes pride in their work and exemplifies what it means to be a team player. You take on a proactive approach in supporting and helping others with a positive attitude and understanding. No task is either too big or too small to take on in achieving our goals.

**Responsibilities will include, at a minimum**:

- Gathering and analyzing economic and financial data.
- Creating documents, reports and presentations as required.
- Assisting with valuation analysis.
- Assisting with preparation of quarterly reports.
- Managing day-to-day activities and priorities in a timely and efficient manner.
- Other related activities as required.

Must haves
- Successful completion of a university degree in Finance or Economics.
- Understanding of discounted cash flow models.
- Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment.
- Proven ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Strong communication skills both oral and written.
- Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- Strong work ethic and accountability for completion of tasks.
- Professionalism and attention to detail.
