Live-In Nanny/Caregiver Needed for Individual Requiring Assistance.

Are you a compassionate, organized individual looking for an opportunity to make a significant impact in someone's life? We are seeking a live-in nanny/caregiver to provide dedicated care for an individual in need of assistance due to illness. Accommodation is provided. You'll find a supportive and welcoming environment awaiting you.

**Responsibilities**:
General Tasks:

- Ensure all necessities are readily available bedside.
- Engage in friendly interaction to uplift spirits.

Medical Care:

- Administer medications according to correct dosage and times.
- Keep track of medication and storage as per doctor instructions.
- Assess and record pain/discomfort levels.
- Pick up prescriptions and communicate with HomeCare Nurse/Caseworker as needed.

Personal Grooming:

- Assist with bathing and personal care when necessary.

Housekeeping:

- Perform housekeeping duties including but not limited to; kitchen cleanup, bedroom and bathroom cleanup, laundry, etc.

Meals:

- Plan, prepare, and clean up meals according to dietary preferences.

Pet Care:

- Ensure pet's daily needs are met and arrange visits to groomer.

Admin Responsibilities:

- Assist with banking, shopping, mail pickup, and errands as directed.

Property Management:

- Handle garbage and recycling schedules, perform light maintenance tasks indoors and outdoors, report house issues promptly, and water plants as necessary.

Qualifications:

- Prior experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing needs.
- Valid drivers license is required. Personal vehicle is preferred.
