**Marketplace Online Associate**

**Working in the Victoria Park/Steeles area.**

**Position Summary**:
To effectively assist in the marketing, listing for sale on Marketplace websites like; Loblaws, Walmart, Amazon and promotion of our BRANDS. **Must be passionate about digital marketing, with an entrepreneurial spirit.** Responsibilities will include driving E-Commerce revenue through the implementation and optimization of sales marketing programs.

We are looking for a highly analytical professional with a proven track record of working in E-Commerce businesses.

**Role Summary**

Your main focus will be all things Ecommerce Marketplace driven. This is an opportunity to grow into a bigger role as you are getting in at the ground level. Focusing on creating one our own Marketplace website along with listing and managing online other 3rd party Marketplace initiatives like Amazon, Best Buy, etc.

This position is ideal for someone looking to gain experience in an environment that focuses on e-commerce website, order fulfillment and customer care.

**Responsibilities & Duties**

**WEBSITE**
- Coordinating all aspects of our new online Shopify store - front & back-end.
- Setup of ECommerce items; including sku setup, writes, curates and maintains approved product marketing copy on website, and overall site merchandising for our Marketplace Customers.
- Uploading SEO, image maintenance.
- Working with our team for updating our website,
- Proofread and conduct quality-control checks of web content.
- Assist in the maintenance and development of the online procedure guide and knowledge database. Maintain product knowledge and stay up to date with the new arrivals and sold products.
- Monitor stock levels for active items, following up with warehouse to ensure inventory is in stock, discontinuing items that are no longer available.
- Work with Operations to ensure product promotions are inputted and maximized.
- Provide regular reporting on campaign metrics and content performance to upper management
- Prepare documents to conduct analysis of category, including website audits, trends, business intelligence.
- Monitor results and sales trends on new items, new categories, and top-sellers.
- Coordinate all content required for online product setup.
- Conduct website analysis
- Execution of various marketing initiatives, and assist in special projects as required.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Have a solid understanding in all aspects of sales, including business planning
- Highly effective in communications both verbally and in writing.
- Strong in problem identification and problem resolution skills.
- Understands the importance of customer experience and superb customer support
- Detail oriented and extremely organized.
- Self-starter capable of producing a high quantity of work within tight deadlines accurately.
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision. Ability to prioritize and quickly adapt to a changing environment.
- **Experience in E-Commerce Marketplace selling is required**.
- 2 + years of experience in digital media and content production an asset..
- Bilingualism English/French an asset.

**Salary**: $14.50-$15.50 per hour to start

**Job Type**: Permanent
