About the Global Internship Program
In line with our Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Action [1] (IDEA) commitments and our Be Human Impact Agenda goal to reflect the diversity of the communities we serve and operate in around the world, the Global Internship Program connects emerging talent to hands-on learning experiences at one of our participating global Store Support Centers (SSC).
The 2025 program will run June 9 to August 29, 2025
**Program experience includes**:

- 12-week internship (June 9-August 29, 2025)
- Full-time, paid opportunity, eligible for benefits
- Practical work experience and skills development within a participating lululemon SSC business function
- Career development sessions, social events, opportunity to learn from executive leaders
- 3-tier support system that includes supervisor, mentor, and buddy for coaching and mentorship

Current students, recent graduates, career changers and those returning to the workforce are eligible to apply. Interns participating in the 2025 program will have early access to full-time job opportunities, although conversion to full-time employment after the program is not guaranteed.
About this team
The Merchandise team lives and breathes all things product We collectively work together towards getting the right product for our stores and ultimately our guests.
A day in the life
Reporting to the Merchandising Manager, this position will work as a key component of the merchandising team, working to ensure the successful execution of merchandising strategies and product assortment to drive business growth and creative direction. Some of the tasks, roles and responsibilities include:

- Supporting current strategies and portfolios of work
- Supporting in the day-to-day management of building out solutions for key projects and/or programs
- Participating in several meetings and conversations pertaining to key areas of your work
- Support merchandising team in maintaining data integrity across systems and documents from seasonal buy to execution with the utmost accuracy.
- Supporting with purchase order management, order creation, item creation support, on order reporting and product flow reporting.
- Supporting with seasonal buy presentation deck creation as needed by management team.
- Support with management of merchandising samples and set up for key gates and presentations.
- Work cross functionally with our Planning and Ecommerce partners to ensure seamless execution of product go live Online and in Stores.
- Provide administrative support to the merchandising team where required.

Nice to haves
- Retail experience is highly desirable.
- Ability to balance analytical and creative tasks
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Purchase Order management software knowledge desirable
- Excellent communication skills - interpersonal, written and verbal
- You have a strong ability to work independently, under pressure and meet deadlines

- You are organized with a keen eye for the details
- Ability to multitask and operate in a fast-moving environment
