**Job Offer: Internal Auditor**

We are looking for a highly qualified internal auditor to join our dynamic team.

**Responsibilities**
- Plan and conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and operational processes.
- Identify risks and provide recommendations to improve compliance and organizational performance.
- Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure the implementation of recommendations and follow-up on corrective actions.
- Monitor regulatory developments and suggest adjustments to internal policies based on industry best practices.

**Required Profile**
- University degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field.
- **CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) certification is mandatory.**:

- **3 to 5 years of experience** in a similar role in internal audit.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to identify and assess financial and operational risks.
- Proficiency in internal audit standards and relevant regulations.
- **Fluency in both French and English (written and spoken) is mandatory.**:

- Proficiency in IT tools, including audit and data management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong critical thinking skills and a proactive approach.

**Responsabilités**
- Planifier et réaliser des audits internes afin d’évaluer l'efficacité des contrôles internes et des processus opérationnels.
- Identifier les risques et formuler des recommandations pour améliorer la conformité et la performance organisationnelle.
- Rédiger des rapports d’audit détaillés et présenter les conclusions aux parties prenantes.
- Collaborer avec les différentes équipes afin d’assurer la mise en œuvre des recommandations et le suivi des actions correctives.
- Assurer une veille réglementaire et proposer des ajustements aux politiques internes en fonction des meilleures pratiques du secteur.

**Profil recherché**
- **Diplôme universitaire** en comptabilité, finance, administration des affaires ou domaine connexe.
- **Titre de CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) obligatoire.**:

- **Expérience de 3 à 5 ans** dans un rôle similaire en audit interne.
- Excellentes compétences analytiques et capacité à identifier et évaluer les risques financiers et opérationnels.
- Maîtrise des normes d’audit interne et des réglementations en vigueur.
- **Français-anglais obligatoire** (écrit et oral).
- Maîtrise des outils informatiques, notamment les logiciels d'audit et de gestion des données.
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe, avec un fort esprit critique et une approche proactive.
