**Part-Time Marketing, Sales, and Operational Coordinator**
Tri-County Saw Services Inc., a family-owned business, repairs and services all makes and models of band saws and metal cutting machinery used by metal fabricators, steel manufacturers and machine shops across southwestern Ontario. Tri-County Saw Services Inc., provides its customers with emergency repairs, preventative maintenance and quality parts to ensure the highest cutting performance.

Due to the high demand for our expertise, our customer-focused service and quality products, we are currently seeking a **Part-Time Marketing, Sales, and Operational Coordinator **to join our team. This individuals will provide the Marketing, sales and operational support for the team of field service technicians.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Marketing Support**:

- Create and schedule engaging content for social media platforms to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences and trends, providing insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional materials and manage marketing collateral inventory.
- **Sales Assistance**:

- Support the sales team by preparing sales quotes and managing existing sales.
- Maintain customer relationship management (CRM) systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information on leads and prospects.
- Coordinate sales meetings, follow-ups, and customer communications to ensure a seamless sales process.
- **Operational Coordination**:

- Oversee day-to-day operational tasks, including inventory management, order processing, and vendor relations.
- Coordinate logistics for the field service technicians to go onsite.
- Monitor and analyze operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement efficiency-enhancing solutions.
- Provide administrative support to the operations team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.

**Requirements**:

- **Marketing and Sales Experience**: Education related to Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Previous experience in a marketing role is an asset.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal teams, customers, and external partners.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), CRM software, and digital marketing tools.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and independently with mínimal supervision.
- **Flexibility**: Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and take on new responsibilities as needed.

**Hours**: This is a part-time position, with approximately 20-25 hours per week. Flexible scheduling options may be available.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
