**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare, cook, and plate dishes according to menu specifications and quality standards
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
- Manage food prep and storage, ensuring proper handling and safety procedures are followed
- Work efficiently during busy dinner and closing shifts, ensuring timely service
- Follow all health and safety guidelines, including proper sanitation and food handling
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain smooth operations during high-volume periods
- Assist with inventory and order supplies as needed
- Support other kitchen staff in their duties, ensuring all tasks are completed as needed

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in a kitchen or restaurant environment preferred
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure, especially during busy dinner and late-night shifts
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail and a passion for cooking
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn

**Schedule**:

- Primarily evening shifts (5 PM to close)
- Occasional day shifts depending on the schedule

Pay: $17.20-$20.00 per hour
