**Role Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Correspond with our R&D and tech support teams to gather product information
- Develop and identify a documentation process
- Attention to small details to ensure documents adhere to brand guidelines and accuracy
- Assist with content material to ensure content is technically accurate
- Review and edit existing documentation for grammar, readability, and accuracy
- Other duties as assigned

**Skills and Experiences**
- Prior understanding of basic terminology such as Modbus, BACnet, THD, harmonics, and lead wiring is a huge asset.
- Strong background in researching and understanding technical topics
- Excellent written and oral communication is a must
- Diligence and quality - attention small details such a grammar, spelling, punctuation, and formatting
- Must be well-organized with the ability to balance simultaneous projects and deadlines

**Other Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, or other STEM related field.
- 2.5+ years experience writing technical content
