Biller

Reporting to the Logistics Supervisor, this important entry level role will appeal to those who have manufacturing experience, or interest in this area and are ready to take their career to the next level.

**Role and Responsibilities**

**Daily Tasks**:

- Create Shipping Orders from the system
- Build/Plan Loads
- Check on Missing Orders
- Locate Orders
- Communicate any issues to Shipping/Sales
- Loading (if required)
- Receiving (if required)
- Warehouse Transfers

**Experience/Skills**:

- 2 - 3 years steel industry experience is preferred
- Remote crane, forklift, skid building experience is considered an asset
- Entry Level Microsoft Office and Excel is an asset
- Adaptability to shifting priorities
- Strong time management and prioritization skills

**Weight Handling**: 9 kg (20 lbs) - 23 kg (50 lbs)

**Security and Safety**: Bondable

**Own Tools/Equipment**: Steel-toed safety boots

**Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities**: Handling heavy loads, physically demanding, manual dexterity, Attention to detail, Hand-eye co-ordination, standing for extended periods

**Work Site Environment**: Noisy, Dusty

**Essential Skills**: Reading Text, Document Use, Numeracy, Writing, Communication, Team Work, Problem Solving, Task planning and organizing, Computer use, Following Direction, and Critical Thinking.

**Required education**
- High school or equivalent
