Company Introduction: T&T Supermarket Inc. was founded in 1993 with two stores in BC. Since then, it has expanded rapidly and is now Canada’s largest Asian supermarket chain with 31 stores across the country: 13 in BC, 7 in Alberta, 10 in Ontario, and 1 in Quebec. The Company’s continuous expansion is going to bring more new stores in the next couple of years.

The Role: Relevant du directeur du rayon des fruits et légumes, le(a) Directeur(e) adjoint(e) du rayon fruits et légumes épaule le(a) directeur(e) des fruits et légumes dans les opérations quotidiennes du rayon et s'assure du bon fonctionnement de ce dernier.
- Major Responsibilities: Soutenir le(a) Directeur(e) de rayon dans les aspects suivants:

- Gérer et superviser le fonctionnement au quotidien du rayon ainsi que le rendement du personnel
- une formation sur le terrain, observer, superviser et conseiller le personnel du rayon
- Atteindre, par le travail d'équipe, les objectifs du rayon fixés par l'entreprise
- S'assurer de la fraîcheur des marchandises mises en rayon, de leur quantité, de leur étalage, et de la propreté des surfaces de vente.
- Gérer les marchandises du rayon et les articles en spécial
- Traiter les plaintes des clients, établir des relations avec nos clients en leur offrant un grand sourire, un contact visuel et une attention particulière
- Effectuer un contrôle de qualité lors de la réception; gérer l'inventaire dans les chambres froides et en étalage.
- Donner l'exemple en exécutant toutes les tâches au quotidien requises dans le rayon des fruits et légumes.

**Autres responsabilités**
- Effectuer toute autre tâche confiée par le(s) supérieur(s).
- Knowledge, Skills and Ability Requirements: Sens de la communication, posséder de solides compétences en communication verbale en français et en chinois (cantonais et/ou mandarin)
- Posséder 3 ans et / ou plus d'expérience pertinente, avec au moins un an d'expérience en supervision de préférence
- Posséder des connaissances de base dans le contrôle des profits et pertes et dans l'interprétation des données et des informations du marché
- Maîtrise de la suite bureautique Microsoft Office
- Posséder des connaissances en santé et sécurité du travail
- Connaissance des processus et compétences en matière de gestion et de mise en œuvre des marchandises
- Avoir une bonne compréhension des outils et équipements pertinents au poste et savoir interpréter les étiquettes des marchandises
