As apart of the in-house legal team, you'll be responsible for supporting your internal clients and providing sound guidance to ensure that the organization is following best practices.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Draft, review, negotiate and finalize intellectual property and technology related contracts for our various business units, including:

- Services agreements
- License agreements
- NDAs
- Interco agreements
- Corporate documents and various related legal documents
- Perform discovery and due diligence of various electronically stored or physical data in preparation for litigation, transactional work, financing, audits or M&A transactions
- Draft cease and desist letters and performing due diligence on various databases namely in view of UDRP or URS arbitration proceedings or litigation
- Perform high volumes of junior level entry contracts

**What you'll need to be successful**:
**Must haves**:

- Member of Quebec Bar for 1 to 5 years' experience
- Bachelor Degree in Law or the equivalent
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with representatives of various business units at different levels, qualifications and personalities.
- Bilingual (French and English)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (including questioning and listening skills) in English
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task - Able to deal with multiple responsibilities and to prioritize
- Team player with the ability to work independently. Meticulousness and efficacy in performing your work without the help of a legal assistant
- Able to work under pressure, to accommodate a flexible work schedule and different time zones
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
