Crossroads Family Services began as a Foster Care agency, serving vulnerable children by providing trained, stable, and nurturing foster families. Now it maintains the foster care program and has added a disability supports program providing respite, host homes, and clinical services. **Condo Corp Position - **Landscaper / General Laborer**:

Responsibilities**:

- Assist the facility manager to ensure that the building and property are maintained at a high level by completing landscaping, cleaning, and maintenance tasks as assigned
- Answer staff and client inquiries and complaints
- Follow up and coordinate work orders for emergencies, regularly scheduled maintenance, and periodic maintenance
- Assist the facility manager with keeping on timelines for projects
- Assist with building maintenance and equipment requests
- Conduct business always with the highest standards of personal, professional, and ethical conduct
- Perform or assist with any operations as required to maintain workflow and meet schedules. Notify supervisor of unusual equipment or operating problems and the need for additional material and supplies
- Maintain a watchful eye with attention to detail and notify facility manager of any suspicious activity or suspect persons on the premises
- May participate in a variety of meetings and workgroups to integrate activities, communicate issues, obtain approvals, resolve problems, and maintain a specified level of knowledge pertaining to new developments, requirements, policies, and regulatory guidelines
- Ensure all safety precautions are followed while performing the work
- Ensure proper safety attire is worn and that equipment is always operated in a safe and courteous manner
- Perform any range of special projects, tasks, and other duties as assigned

Education & Experience**:

- Bachelors or Diploma in Business Admin (Currently enrolled in a post-secondary institution)
- **

- Ability to work independently for extended hours
- Able to work in all weather conditions
- Strong organization and time management skills
