Panoramic Properties INC is seeking a skilled and experienced Carpenter to join our property management team. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for performing a variety of carpentry tasks, repairs, and maintenance work on our residential properties. Your expertise and craftsmanship will contribute to maintaining and enhancing the overall quality of our properties.

**Responsibilities**:
Perform various carpentry tasks, including but not limited to framing, drywall installation, door and window repairs/replacements, flooring installation, and cabinetry work.

Conduct routine inspections of properties to identify and address carpentry-related issues such as damaged structures, rot, or other forms of deterioration.

Collaborate with property managers and maintenance staff to prioritize and complete assigned tasks within designated timelines.

Estimate the materials and equipment required for carpentry projects and communicate the needs to the appropriate personnel for procurement.

Install and repair fixtures, furniture, and equipment in properties as needed.

Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company policies during all carpentry work.

Maintain accurate records of all carpentry work performed, including documenting completed tasks, materials used, and any necessary follow-up actions.

Assist in the development and implementation of property improvement plans to enhance the overall appearance and functionality of properties.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience as a Carpenter, preferably in a property management or construction setting.

Proficient in various carpentry techniques, including framing, finishing, and cabinetry.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and technical drawings.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Physical stamina and the ability to perform tasks requiring heavy lifting, climbing, and prolonged standing.

Strong communication skills to effectively interact with property managers, tenants, and other team members.

Valid Canadian driver's license.

High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an apprenticeship or vocational training program in carpentry is preferred.

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
