**What You Bring to the Team**:
- Proven experience in **fleet management** or similar roles.
- Knowledge of **towing protocols would be a bonus but not required.**:
- Exceptional leadership and **people-management skills**—you know how to inspire and motivate teams
- **Detail-oriented** with a proactive approach to solving challenges before they arise.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to use reporting tools and fleet management software.
- The ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines under pressure.
- A valid Tow Certificate and a solid understanding of safety and legal requirements for fleet operations.

**What You'll Do**:
- Oversee our **fleet** to ensure smooth, efficient, and safe operations.
- Investigate any service delays or issues, digging deep to find solutions and reporting directly to company leadership.
- Collaborate with other departments to address operational concerns and maintain fleet integrity.
- Ensure our trucks are in top-notch condition—fully equipped, safe, and ready to hit the road
- Play an active role in hiring, training, and mentoring drivers and subcontractors, making sure everyone knows the ropes (and hooks).
- Share insights, updates, and ideas with leadership to improve operations and enhance business development.
**Evaluation Process**
Employment at JP Towing Service & Storage Ltd is based on passing the following conditions:
- Pass a Police Record Check.
- Reference Checks.
- Eligibility to work In Canada.
- Have a Valid Tow Certificate.
- Complete necessary Training as required.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $70,000.00 per year
