As a **Dispatcher & Customer Service Representative**, you’ll be the key link between our customers and fleet operators, ensuring every piece of the puzzle fits just right. From assessing customer needs to dispatching the appropriate equipment, you’ll orchestrate the flow of information and operations to keep everything running like clockwork. **What You'll Do**:
- Answer and respond to customer calls with care and efficiency.
- Collect information and dispatch fleet operators using our real-time system.
- Solve the daily puzzle of logistics—efficiently dispatching resources and managing documentation to ensure smooth operations.
- Problem-solve on the go, prioritizing tasks as they come up in a fast-moving environment.
- Handle customer invoices, process payments, and ensure accuracy.
**What We're Looking For**:
- **Customer Service Experience**: 1-2 years in a role where you thrived helping others.
- **Calm Under Pressure**: You can juggle tasks and manage high-stress situations with ease.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and learning new systems.
- **Puzzle Solver**: You enjoy piecing together all the moving parts to make sure operations run smoothly and efficiently.
- **Team Player**: Ready to jump in, support your team, and keep things moving.
- **Attention to Detail**: You stay organized, catch the small stuff, and always have an eye on what’s next.
- **Conflict Resolution Skills**: Able to diffuse tricky situations with professionalism and empathy.
- **Positive Attitude**: Fun-loving, can-do spirit with a passion for making someone’s day better.
- **Experience is an Asset**: Prior experience in a similar role can be a plus, and wages may reflect your experience; however, we are willing to train the right person regardless of background

**Shift Work**: Our operation runs 24/7, so we need someone comfortable with working various shifts on a rotational basis, including evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays. Training (2-6 weeks) takes place Monday-Friday between 7 am and 7 pm. Once training is completed, rotational shifts will begin.
