CHALLENGES TO BE MET- Manage and Lead the request for Proposal, Information and Quote process as required for the COO’s Operations support team.- Manage and lead the negotiation and elaboration for multiple vendor contracts and external service
- level agreements and collaborate with the legal and procurement departments to include appropriate documentation and clauses- Manage the business relationships with BDC’s key vendors.- Manage service suppliers and service-level compliance to ensure that required services are provided within the budgeted timeline, quality and costs and identify opportunities to maximize purchasing power- Negotiate and resolve performance, service delivery issues and disputes that may arise and escalate as required- Report to management on vendor’s and service providers’ performance and negotiate and manage contractual changes with external providers- Ensure that full documentation of vendor performance, systems, software and hardware changes etc. as well as internal governance, is made available and is regularly updated- Ensure solution implementation, training and communication with internal stakeholders- Ensure clear roles and responsibilities are implemented with internal stakeholders- Perform a market scan and identify and prioritize business requirements by guiding and challenging internal stakeholders through needs analysis- Build strategic roadmap with regards to solution enhancements, new vendor/product offering to align with BDC strategy

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR- Bachelor’s in business administration major in accounting or in Finance, in Project Management, in Computer Sciences or in any relevant field- Between 3-5 years in a similar role- Designation such as CPA, PMP or any relevant designation are considered an asset- Excellent communication skills and capacity to influence stakeholders- Excellent to manage deadlines and great organization skills- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 such Excel, Sharepoint and Word- Bilinguism in English and in French
