Laboratory Supervisor

**Team Caduceon in Ottawa **is looking for a reliable and friendly individual to fill the role as Laboratory Supervisor with a strong back ground in inorganic/wet chemistry with ICP and ICP/MS experience.
**Position**: Laboratory Supervisor - Full-time
**Location**: Ottawa, ON - 2378 Holly Lane
**Requirements**: Good attitude, punctual with supervisory experience. Must have an educational background in Chemistry, General Sciences, Biological, BioTech, or similar discipline. Sales and/or Customer Service experience or education will also be considered an asset.
- Day to day supervision of staff and analyses
- Set priorities for staff
- Ensure samples are analyzed in a timely manner
- Provide consultation, recommendations, and technical assistance to clients
- Ensure all Caduceon Policies and Protocols and followed and upheld.
- Ensure Quality Standards are maintained
- Adhere to and participate with all QA\QC policies of the organization
- Adhere to all Health and Safety Regulations
- Liaison between the client, the laboratory, and senior Caduceon management
- Document and get closure on all client complaints
- OTHER RELATED DUTIES AS REQUIRED
**Hours**:40 hours per week.
**Salary**: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
