**Job description**

Job type: Full Time/Permanent

Shift: Morning/Afternoon/ Evening Shifts

Monday to Saturday

Hours: 40 h/ week and weekly pay

Hour wage: 25$

Work is mainly in Toronto and GTA.

**Responsibilities**
- Represent New Air Duct Service in a professional, courteous and customer service oriented manner.
- Provide for site safety and security and implement job site policies and procedures
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Ensure compliance with company or government regulations and policies
- Read, interpret, and maintain drawings and specifications.
- Inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards
- Assist and perform HVAC cleaning and disinfection duties if needed
- Supervise and co-ordinate workers
- Foster a positive employee relations culture by treating all employees with respect, listening to their concerns and provide a timely response where needed
- Provide job training and coaching to new workers
- Investigate customer complaints, accidents, injuries, rule violations and other staff failures recommending corrective action to prevent a reoccurrence with a full report to the Management.
- Problem solve jobsite issues quickly and effectively in order to keep work on track and on time
- Evaluate workers’ performers and provide reports to Management.
- Be responsible for arriving at the shop to load the company vehicles with the required tools and materials for the job that day and then driving the company vehicle to the job site.
- At the end of the assignment, you will then be responsible for returning the company vehicle back to the shop and ensuring that all tools and materials are safely returned to their place within our facility.
- Ensure equipment and material are well maintained, cleaned, and appropriately stored.
- Ensure company vehicles are well maintained and cleaned
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all modern equipment and regulations.
- Be responsible of the material supply and inventory
- Supervise 4-8 people
- Perform other duties as assigned by Management
- Participate in assigned training as required

**Qualifications**
- High School diploma or equivalent qualification from a certified college.
- At least 2 years job supervisor experience in Canada
- A valid and up to date Supervisor, First Aid-CPR, Working On The Height, WHMIS, Health and Safety Awareness.
- Knowledge of HVAC system (structure and functionality)
- Knowledge and skill of tools, equipment, and materials of the sector
- Knowledge of the hazards and safety precautions of the sector.
- Strong communication and time management skills, including conflict resolution and problem solving
- High level of integrity, work ethic, and reliability.
- Excellent team worker
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Working knowledge of; Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Outlook
- Able to read HVAC drawings
- Ability to obtain a clean security clearance check
- At least 5 year Ontario driver's license and insurable (mandatory)
- Referrals required
- Covid -19 fully vaccination preferred
- Experience in the field preferred
