**BRANCH MANAGER**

Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Branch Manager plans, directs, controls and coordinates the activities related to the production and operation of the plant.
- Directs, guides and motivates team members in their performance related to production and operations: manufacturing, maintenance, quality, customer service, shipping / receiving
- Defines and monitors the main performance indicators to assess the proper functioning of all the activities on site
- Participate in the planning of the site's budget and ensure its management and follow-up.
- Recommends to general management and / or implements measures aimed at improving production methods, equipment performance / replacements.
- Identifies the main levers of action to optimize plant production: production capacity, quality, human resources, etc.
- Promotes and values a productive and supportive work environment in accordance with health and safety laws and regulations and Armtec's culture of commitment and responsibility.
- Manages the branch budget, including inventory levels and raw material resources for production.
- Makes consultative sales, building customer relationships.

**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree or college diploma in business administration or related discipline, will be preferred
- 3 to 5 years of progressive managerial experience in production, operations, engineering or related discipline, preferably in a manufacturing environment

**Abilities and Skills**:

- Knowledge of Company products and product lines (will train).
- Sales, marketing and customer service skills to promote products, close sales, and maintain customer relations.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, which involves the ability to effectively interact with persons at all levels of the organization and for team-building purposes is required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve human resource and production resource challenges.
- Sound judgement and decision-making skills for team and production decision-making purposes.
- Skills as a self-starter including initiative and self-confidence for leadership and self-motivation purposes.
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines in a productive manner; due to fast-paced environment.
- Proven cost-containment and effectiveness in the management of production processes.
