Crestline Coach Ltd. is seeking an** Marketing and Communication Coordinator** to add to our team.
**Key responsibilities of this role include**:
- Drives the social media activities for both brands (participate to the editorial planning with the Marketing team and responsible of the publishing and the reporting of the publications.
- Handles the creation of marketing material with suppliers and internal stakeholders (vehicle photoshoot, video shoot, training programs, VR tours, brochures, website assets)
- Participates and exeutes plan for product launches in Canada
- Drives customer satisfaction by conducting customers surveys, supporting aftermarket initive and strengthen our relationship with key customers/partners)
- Helps maintain Demers and Crestline branding and positioning across the marketing activities.
- Supports the development of our relationship with industry associations by identifying and leveraging exposure opportunitie (i.e.: partners newsletters, websites)
- Selects and source promotional items and corporate apparel
- Manages national and regional tradeshows for both divisions
- Assists both site HR for event coordination (employee BBQ, job fairs, open house days)
- Supports sales for demo tours and test drive organizations
- Monitors and maintain the event tracking file for both divisions
- Advises and supports Human Resource department for the brand employer strategy
- Coordinaes with external suppliers the creation of material to support HR initiatives (employee guide, Health and Safety carnet, Christmas cards)
- Helps HR to enhance their recruitment tactics on social media
- Relays and corporate culture among the two sites through corporate communications (i.e.:newsletter, on sie displays)
- Coordinates with HR content and animate the career section of websites
- Guarantee the OQLF compliance across our communications
- Maintain the Marketing Budget for ambulances
- Identify and communicate Bids and tender opportunities to the Sales Team
Technical Skills/Competencies (technical knowledge, education and experience)
- 3-4 years of experience in communication or marketing
- Ideally University / College education in Communication or Marketing
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Experience in event organization and project coordination
- Experience in employer brand management an asset
- Deep knowledge of social media management (Hootsuite, Social media ads)
- Basic graphic design skills (Photoshop and Canva), video editing is considered as an asset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, and Word)
- Fully Bilingual French and English (the Coordinator scope is Canada wide plus international)
- Experience working in the EMS industry, automotive or manufacturing industry an asset
