We carry a variety of discs, bags, and baskets for the fast growing sport With a happy community to serve, we bring a high level of customer service and positive attitudes. Our team is driven to provide the most positive experience to all customers in-store and online

**Duties**:

- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Assist customers in finding products and making purchase decisions
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system
- Stay up to date on product knowledge
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stock shelves as needed
- Maintain and follow store procedures
- Ability to work independently
- Positive attitude, punctuality, and solid work ethic
- Balance till, make deposits, follow open/close procedures

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge of disc golf is an asset
- Previous retail and/or customer service experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Trustworthy and honest
- Organized and self motivated
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

**Experience**:

- Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
- Disc Golf: 6 months to 1 year (required)
